Enterprise Aligned AI (the podcast, newsletter, and website at enterprisealignedai.com) is operated by Sinha Studios LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not sell your information.
What we collect and why
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites. It reports only aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, approximate region, and device type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by Substack, which powers our newsletter, and is handled under Substack's privacy policy. We use your email only to send new episodes and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Embedded video
Episode and clip videos are embedded from YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube and Google may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. Where possible we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and video players do not load until you interact with them.
Your browser preferences
We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used for tracking.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or first-party tracking cookies.
- We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Third-party services
The site relies on a small set of providers, each with its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Substack (email newsletter), and YouTube and Google (embedded video). The podcast is also distributed on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, where your interactions are governed by those platforms' policies.
Your rights and choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, including under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA (California). Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
